How these guides are sourced
YouSafe Consultancy publishes the study permit country guides and campus guides on this site as an organization. This page sets out the source order those guides publish, what they do not claim, and where to report an error.
Source order
- Government and regulator sources. Rules, fees, filing windows, and eligibility conditions are governed by the first-party pages linked in the "Official sources" block of each guide — IRCC's study permit pages, the designated learning institution list, and IRCC biometrics guidance. Those sources outrank anything published on this site.
- Institution sources. Your school's international office, not this site, is the authority for your letter of acceptance. Each campus guide links the university office page it cites, and those links are rendered from the same list the page is built from.
- YouSafe document-preparation guidance. Checklists, sequencing, and planning notes are preparation guidance rendered from this site's own content files. They are not government rules and are not presented as legal advice.
- Not used as a source. Forum threads, social posts, and other applicants' anecdotes are not cited on these pages as the source of a rule, fee, or deadline.
What every generated guide carries
- A first-party source list. Each country and campus guide renders its official source block from a single source list held in this site's code, so a guide cannot be published without its government and institution links.
- Organization responsibility. as an organization. These guides are not attributed to a named individual adviser. The visible responsibility block and the page's structured data name the same publisher.
- No publication date. This page carries no publication date: no first-party record establishes when this URL first went live, and we do not derive one from a build or deploy clock.
- No invented freshness. No “last reviewed” or “last updated” date is derived from build or deploy time, and neither the visible page nor its structured data carries one.
What these guides are not
They are document-preparation and journey-planning guidance. They are not legal advice, they do not create a lawyer–client relationship, and they do not replace the rules published by the agency that decides your case. Consular posts, fees, and filing windows change without notice: treat our page as a map to the official source, not as the source itself.
Where a claim depends on your personal circumstances — status history, prior refusals, dependants, or work authorisation — check it with the agency or a licensed representative in your jurisdiction before you rely on it.
